All of our kittens are $2500. We do not sell breeding rights. The kittens will have all of their immunizations, microchip and spay/neuter prior to going to their new homes.

Sales contract

Deposits are used to secure a particular kitten from a current litter. A deposit may also be used to secure a kitten from a future litter and will be valid up to 12 months. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDALBE. Exceptions: In case of sickness at time of pickup, the buyer can choose to move the deposit to another kitten (current or future litter) or receive a refund. _________

The balance will have to be paid in full at time of pickup or at 16 weeks of age, whichever comes first. If the balance is not paid at that time, all payments previously made will be forfeited and the kitten will be resold. _______

Kittens are sold as pets only. Kittens will be desexed prior to pick up. ________

CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT:

  1. Included with the purchase are age-appropriate vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter, and health guarantee. Additional services, such as heath certificate (for interstate and air travel), FeLV snap test and vaccine, and Rabies vaccine are not included. These services can be added on at an additional cost. Price will be quoted if service is requested. _________ 

  1. Conditions covered for the first year of life are HCM, SMA, PKD, PKDEF.  _________ 

  1. FeLV or FIV are not covered conditions. Both occur via contact with other animals or contracted outdoors. __________. For this reason, it is recommended that the kitten stays indoors only. 

  1. The kitten must be quarantined at home for 14 days from other household animals. Buyer agrees to take kitten to licensed veterinarian within 3 days of pick-up. __________   

  1. The kitten was examined by a veterinarian prior to pick-up. The kitten is healthy and free of signs of disease or illness. ___________ 

  1. The kitten has received all age-appropriate vaccinations prior to pick-up. For your kitten’s well-being, future vaccinations are required (Rabies starting at 16 weeks) and should be maintained at recommended times. __________ 

  1. The buyer agrees to assume full financial responsibility for the kitten starting at the time of pick-up. This includes, but is not limited to, food, shelter, entertainment, and all veterinarian care and required treatments. _________   

  1. Declawing is absolutely prohibited. Warranty will be voided if kitten is declawed. _________ Please provide plenty of scratching posts and toys for your kitten.  

  1. The buyer agrees to never sell, give away, or abandon the kitten/cat. Should rehoming be required, please contact the seller for arrangements. _________ 

  1. The kitten’s size, coat color or length, and personality traits cannot be guaranteed. __________ 

  1. Acclimation to the new home may take time. Please be patient while the kitten becomes familiar with the new surroundings, people, and to show affection. _________ 

  1. Deposits can be made via Venmo or PayPal. For PayPal payments, a 4 % transaction fee will be added. For PayPal “friends and family”, the 4 % transaction fee will not be added. ________
